About returning and replacement

Only defective products are eligible for return and replacement.

Please make sure you are bringing the receipt and please give to our staff.

We are afraid that we cannot accept returning and replacement if you lost the receipt.

If you wish to return or replace the product please come to our store within 7 days of your purchase date.

 

Is it possible to make a high-volume order?

Yes, sure.

If the stock in shop is not enough, we could prepare for you some other days.

It may take some days according to the product you selected, please feel free to talk to our staffs.

 

Is it possible to order products that are not selling in your shop?

Yes, it is possible.

The products in each store are a little different but please don’t be hesitate to contact our staffs.

 

How often does new items arrive?

About 500 pieces each month.

To make sure we can always shows some new products to our customers, we are preparing new items by different themas and seasons.
